Who We Are

Naturally collaborative, Krisha’s quiet and thoughtful guidance allows her to quickly make sense of complex projects and creative ideas. A founding member of EnCourage Lancaster and proprietor of branding and boudoir photography business, Krisha Lien Photography, she is no stranger to the creative process. Through her work with Candy Factory, she has played many roles in CF’s local collaborative community, including executive assistant to the founder. Through the Candy Factory Collective, Krisha generates creative connections as a producer and program manager of two shows. She extends this as the host of her own show, “Let’s Chat with Krisha”. In “Let’s Chat,” Krisha connects listeners with businesses and individuals making an impact in our community. 

Working with businesses from across the community, Krisha saw a need to share her skills and experience with others. As a business owner, single mom, and active community member, she knows the pressure of having to do it all.  She also knows the value of asking for help. Krisha loves being part of a bigger picture, developing solutions, hitting goals, and helping others get results. These passions, along with her experience, inspired her to create Your Full Plate. Your success is her success, and her mission is clear: to alleviate the pressure of your many vital management tasks.
